1. The service Jiayue Jaya provides community information, a member directory, company profiles, forums, and event and training registration for Jia Yue Jaya Foundation (Yayasan Jia Yue Jaya). These terms apply to the website and mobile app. An app account does not by itself confirm foundation membership, company approval or a place at an event. 2. Your account and information Provide accurate information, protect your password and verification codes, and upload only information or documents that you are entitled to provide. Obtain permission before adding another person's contact information. Do not share private identity documents or other people's private information in public posts. You can edit your profile and privacy settings and manage signed-in devices in My Profile. 3. Community rules Do not post unlawful material, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, fraud, spam or content that infringes another person's rights. You remain responsible for the content you submit. The service processes and displays it to provide the features and audiences you select. Reports, content review, removal, forum restrictions and account suspension help enforce these rules. You can report content and block other users from forum author controls. 4. Companies, events and training Submit company information only with the company's permission. Company verification and registration requests may require review. Check each event or training's dates, eligibility, capacity, approval requirements and any stated fees. Registration, payment status and attendance are separate records; submitting a request does not itself pay a fee or guarantee admission. Organisers remain responsible for their arrangements. 5. Privacy and leaving the service The Privacy Policy describes data handling and visibility. You can request account deletion from My Profile → Delete account or through https://jiayuejaya.com/en/delete-account. Confirm with your current password. A 30-day cooling period allows cancellation; personal account data is then removed by the deletion task. Shared company records and restricted historical backups are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. 6. Contact and changes Contact the foundation secretariat at [email protected] for service questions, corrections, reports or problems accessing deletion. Do not email passwords, verification codes or identity-document images. Service content and availability may change. These terms do not promise government approvals, investment returns or uninterrupted availability, and do not remove rights provided by applicable law. The version date identifies the current terms.
