Indonesia’s Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) has fully replaced DJP Online and the desktop e-Faktur with its core tax administration system, Coretax. Annual returns (SPT Tahunan), monthly returns and e-invoices for individuals and companies are now all filed in Coretax.
Do these three things first
- Activate your Coretax account with your NIK or NPWP, reset your password and request an authorization code (Kode Otorisasi).
- Company accounts must appoint a PIC and assign roles to finance staff.
- Check the pre-filled income and withholding slips (Bukti Potong) and contact your tax office about any discrepancy.
Common issues
Many members say the activation email never arrives or phone verification fails. Update your email and phone number in your profile first, then request a new link. If you still use a 15-digit NPWP, make sure your NIK–NPWP matching (pemadanan) is complete.
